In-Store Sales Representative – Flooring Showroom (Wildwood, FL)
Location: Wildwood, Florida
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, including weekends

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and professional In-Store Sales Representative to join our flooring showroom team in Wildwood, FL. The ideal candidate will greet and assist customers, manage showroom operations, and drive sales through expert product knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and manage showroom customers professionally and courteously.

• Guide customers through product selection for flooring, design, and installation solutions.

• Schedule and coordinate estimates and vendor selections.

• Manage customer follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person communications.

• Receive and inspect pallets of materials from vendors.

• Research manufacturing pricing, product availability, and timelines.

• Collect customer reviews and feedback to ensure high satisfaction.

• Create detailed proposals and assist in the selection and coordination of installation crews.

• Troubleshoot customer issues promptly across all communication channels.

• Close sales confidently, ask for the deal, and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Maintain showroom appearance and organization.

• Build and expand a professional network within the industry.

• Serve as a project manager to ensure seamless operations from customer consultation to installation completion.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual: Fluent native speaker in both English and Spanish.

• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Attractive and professional demeanor with excellent presentation skills.

• Exceptional sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in customer service, project management, and problem-solving.

• Prior experience in flooring sales, design consultation, and installation coordination required.

• Must have industry experience and be skilled in interior design and showroom management.

• Must be a multitasker and solutions-driven professional.

• Proficient in basic technology tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets).

• Must be based in or near Wildwood, FL and able to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing industry network and vendor relationships.

• Knowledge of various flooring materials (tile, hardwood, carpet, vinyl, laminate, etc.).

• Experience in retail showroom management and customer acquisition strategies.
